After the payment has been confirmed, we make an effort to ship (dispatch) the order on the same or the next 2-5 business days (excludes weekends, promotional periods, national holidays in our country, and unexpected busy periods). 

Which carrier uses for standard shipping option? 

We use FedExPacketa Group - This standard shipping option is only available for EU countries, Liechtenstein, Switzerland and UK.

Which carrier is used for the express shipping option?

We use DHL Express.

We cannot deliver to these Countries:

What are the shipping costs? 

The cost for delivery of your order is estimated online at the checkout. 
The estimation is performed according to the weight of items and their destination.

All shipping charges include handling, order processing, item selection, packaging, and transportation of items to your door.

The total price does not include, if necessary, taxes levied by the government of your country outside the EU. 

A Remote Area is defined as a postcode or in the absence of postcode, a suburb /town name that is difficult to serve. Delivery to one of the following postcodes and towns would attract a Remote Area surcharge. This charge is included in the rate shown as the shipping cost.

Perspective SkinCare makes every effort to ensure that all of the merchandise we feature is in stock. If an item becomes out of stock after your order is submitted, we will ship the rest of the items in your order and send you an email indicating that one of your selected items is out of stock. You will not be charged for the out-of-stock item. We will not ship the item when it is back in stock, as we do not have a backorder system.

If any concerns arise regarding the order (delay in dispatch, incorrect delivery address, product specification, out-of-stock products, etc.), we will contact you by email. The order will not be processed until we receive an answer or until a certain amount of time will not pass. If no answer is received, the order will be canceled and its payment reimbursed to you (less the fee charged by the payment processor (Stripe or PayPal) ). 

Hazardous Materials

We cannot ship with the express option (DHL Express) items may be considered Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT). Hazardous Materials are as follows: aerosol items, some alcohol-based items, items that contain contents under pressure, and others (e.g., hairspray, nail polish and items containing flammable, volatile or corrosive chemicals). Legislation requires ground-only shipment of Hazardous Materials due to air shipment restrictions and regulations.

Our main currency is EUR, the other currencies displayed on the site are only to help you see the prices in your familiar currency. Stripe Adaptive Pricing lets you to pay in your local currency. 

Bank transfer or WISE: Transfer money from your bank account directly into our bank accounts. After placing the order you will receive an email with payment details.

US dollars (USD) - Wire and ACH;

British pounds GBP - Faster Payments (FPS), BACS, CHAPS;

EUR - SEPA bank transfers, SWIFT (in EUR currency only);

Canadian dollar (CAD) - Local CAD bank transfers only;

Hungarian forint (HUF) - Local HUF bank transfers only;

Australian dollars (AUD) - Local AUD bank transfers;

Singapore dollar (SGD) - Local SGD, FAST network bank transfers;

Is paying at Perspective SkinCare safe?

Absolutely! We work together with a renowned payment services party ( Stripe & PayPal) and we use a secure SSL connection (bit technical, but it stands for Secure Socket Layer), which encrypts all sensitive information that is sent. In addition, you never need to wait in line for the checkout).

Customs/VAT charges

As of 1 July 2021, cross-border sales of goods to consumers within the EU,
where dispatch is arranged by or at the expense of the supplier, will be subject to VAT in the country to which the goods are dispatched or transported (usually the country where the consumer resides). 

The prices on the product pages include VAT. 

Deliveries to EU member countries will be charged with local VAT.

Due to our turnover, EU laws require our company to tax the local VAT rate of all EU member states.

European Union EU countries VAT: 

Austria (20%), Belgium (21%), Bulgaria (20%), Cyprus (19%), Croatia (25%), Czech Republic (21%), Denmark (25%) (except the Faroe Islands and Greenland), Finland (24%) (except the Åland Islands), Germany (19%), Estonia (20%), Ireland (23%), Greece (24%) (except Mount Athos), Spain (21%) (except the Canary Islands), France (20%) (except Saint-Pierre and Miquelon, and Mayotte), Italy (22%), Latvia (21%), Lithuania (21%), Luxembourg (17%), Hungary (27%), Malta (18%), Netherlands (21%), Poland (23%), Portugal (23%), Slovenia (22%), Slovakia (20%), Sweden (25%).

For countries outside of EU you may be asked to pay customs import Tax / VAT charges if your order passes through your local customs office. DHL Processing Fee - DHL may charge a customs processing fee for advancing the payment of duties on behalf of the recipient.

All shipments destined for countries outside the European Union, as required by Customs regulations, are accompanied by an invoice declaring the value of the merchandise. 

Please inform yourself, before ordering from us, about these taxes from your customs authorities or your local DHL Express office.

We will not refund the value of the order, if the parcel returns to us due to your refusal to pay these fees. (Returned products can no longer be used/resold due to unknown storage conditions and transit time <they will be destroyed>).

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or the costs applicable as these vary from country to country. 

These fees can be 0 or its equivalent of VAT rate in your country. 

Examples of estimated fees charged after exceeding the minimis values. (We try to make sure it’s accurate and up to date, however we cannot guarantee that it will always apply to you.)



For the United States, the following fees are payable from September 1, 2025: 

Customs duty, Merchandise Processing Fee – MPF, DHL Express brokerage fee.

Import requirements for United Kingdom:

Paying VAT from £0 to £135.
Duty & VAT from £135.

Up to £135 VAT is payable by a UK taxable person on arrival in the country before final delivery.

Import requirements for Thailand:

Individuals must register with the Thai Customs Department and appoint DHL Express (Thailand) Ltd as their customs broker. This can take up to 3-4 days.

For Thai citizens - Original passport / ID required.

For non-Thai citizens: Passport, work permit and most recent visa or entry stamp are required.

Import of cosmetics, drugs, supplements, personal medical equipment and food by individuals for personal use must obtain exemption approval from the Food and Drug Association (FDA) of Thailand - minimum duration 7 days. A disclaimer is required explaining items not intended for commercial use.

TRACKING YOUR ORDERS

After your order is placed, you will be emailed a receipt confirmation. As soon as your package is assigned a tracking number, you can track the delivery status from your customer account. If you don’t see an email from us within a few minutes, a few things could have happened: The email is in your spam folder. The email address you entered had a mistake or typo. You accidentally gave us another email address. We can’t deliver the email to this address. (Usually because of corporate firewalls or filtering.)
